This page explains what information WHA Rides collects when you use this website, and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you request a ride, send a message, or make a reservation, we collect the information needed to respond: your name, email address, phone number, and trip details (pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passengers, flight number, and any notes you add). If you pay for a booking by card, your payment details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe — they are not stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information to review and confirm your request, schedule and dispatch your ride, send booking confirmations, and communicate with you about your trip. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use third-party services to operate this website: Stripe for card payments, Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data), and — where enabled — Google Maps Platform for address suggestions, which receives the address text you type. Each is subject to its own privacy policy.
Contact and WhatsApp
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing reservations@wharides.com.
